Deputies extend support to ensure every student shines at homecoming |
As homecoming season approaches, the Marion County Sheriff's Office is stepping up to assist students in need of formal attire.
Following the success of their 'Pay It Forward for Prom' initiative earlier this year, which provided free formalwear to local teens, the department is now reopening their closet to support students for homecoming events.
Deputies have received numerous donations from the community, including dresses, suits, shoes, and accessories, ensuring a wide selection for students to choose from.
Community Outreach Coordinator Greg Pruitt emphasized the importance of these events in a teenager's life and the department's commitment to making them accessible to all.
Students or parents seeking assistance are encouraged to contact the Sheriff's Office to arrange a visit and select their desired attire.
For more information or to schedule an appointment, reach out to the Marion County Sheriff's Office directly.
By providing this service, the Sheriff's Office continues to demonstrate its dedication to the well-being and success of Marion County's youth. |
