Baskin-Robbins Celebrates Grand Opening in Ocala with Sweet Festivities

On Saturday, January 10, 2026, Baskin-Robbins unveiled its newest location in Ocala, offering residents a delightful afternoon filled with ice cream, music, and prizes.

From noon to 4 p.m., patrons enjoyed $2 single scoops, with a limit of three per person, at the new store situated at 2708 SW College Road. The event featured entertainment by Reginald Gaspard, a live DJ from LC3 Entertainment, who energized the crowd by announcing prize wheel winners and celebrating attendees' birthdays.

“Ice cream goes with Vans (the shoes). Trust me. I know. I’m a DJ,” Gaspard quipped, adding humor to the festivities. He encouraged guests to “study the wheel” for a better chance at winning prizes.

Prizes included coupons for free scoops, discounts on Baskin-Robbins products like ice cream cakes, and the coveted chance to win free ice cream for a year. Attendees also sampled menu favorites such as Polar Pizza, milkshakes, smoothies, and customizable Creature Creations.

For those planning a visit, the shop operates from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
