Marion County Celebrates Excellence at 2025 Parade of Homes

The Marion County Building Industry Association (MCBIA) proudly announced the winners of the 2025 Parade of Homes, a showcase highlighting exceptional home design and construction in the region.

 

This year's Parade featured 30 homes, offering the community a glimpse into the latest trends in home design and construction. All participating builders are esteemed members of the MCBIA, underscoring the association's commitment to quality and innovation.

 

Denise Alexander, Executive Director of MCBIA, emphasized the event's significance: "The Parade is a wonderful showing of the quality and confidence our members bring to Marion County. It's an invitation to be inspired."

 

The 2025 Parade of Homes recognized the following builders for their outstanding contributions:

 

People's Choice Awards:

 

1st Place — Brije Homes

 

2nd Place — Townsley Construction

 

3rd Place — Stancek Design

 

Design Excellence Award: AR Homes

 

Featured Builder for 2025: Wilmek Construction

 

Brije Homes not only secured the top People's Choice award but also earned accolades for Best Overall Home, Best Bathroom Design, and Best Kitchen Design. They are set to serve as the Title Sponsor for the upcoming 2026 Parade of Homes.
